The food was great and the service was excellent , thought it was a little expensive but most restaurants are now
I would like pay obeisance to this place and our server. To say she was excellent would be an understatement. She was on her game and was very friendly and attentive despite this place being busy. The food was excellent as well my steak and ribs was cooked to perfection. Ribs just melted off the bone. Had to try fried green tomatoes which where good. Just a nice environment and worth trying definitely will be back again.
We drove an hour based on my dad's recommendation and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! Best meal I've had in ages. I didn't take pics because we were famished but... Let's start with the biscuits. Mind blowing. Green tomatoes - so delicious and well seasoned. Cajun sticks - meaty and cheesy and yummy! I got the rocky top chicken for my entree and it was enormous and freshly breaded fried chicken topped with honey mustard, ham, Swiss and bacon. I could only eat half but man am I excited to have it later!
We had the chicken Parmesan, aloha chicken and Reuben sandwich. The food was delicious! The sweet tea was just right. Skyler was a good waitress. Since it was our first time, she gave us plenty of time to decide on meals without rushing us. We will be back!
This restaurant is a classic. Very good food, reasonably priced, decent quantities. I especially like the seasoned French fries. Libby is a great server. They prefer cash. There is a % surcharge on credit or debit cards. 3%?
Our favorite place to eat when my hubby and I are in town. May they thrive for a long long time! Food here is wonderful. Service is fabulous. Great family place or a neat spot to stop by for you or a loved one. + Grilled Catfish with Lemon Pepper - one of our favorites Two catfish pieces, with two sides you can pick. The sweet potato and coleslaw are nice, or the steamed broccoli. + Country Fried Steak/Chicken - honestly, both options are great. I prefer white meat now so I go for the chicken, and I used to go for the steak for years. They are both hearty and scrumptious. The gravy is phenomenal. You can always ask for extra. The loaded potato with steamed broccoli go well here, since the main dish is fried. + Fish & Chips - also great and very filling + Appetizers - Fried Green Maters of course! Spinach Artichoke Dip is also superb. Iced Sweet Tea and their coffees are delicious. They are very generous with refills. Enjoy!

My husband and I split the Ribs and Shrimp with 2 sides. We chose collards and green beans. Service is great and our server was very friendly She brought us garlic biscuits with our drinks. Delicious!! The shrimp were grilled with garlic and pepper seasoning and were SO GOOD!! We expected about 6 ribs but it was a full rack. The sauce was delicious- not too sweet. There was plenty of food for both of us and we brought 4 ribs home! We started eating before I took pics so all the shrimp were gone except one. Highly recommend this AWESOME restaurant!
